How it works
- Vet referral — all behaviour cases start with a referral to rule out medical causes
- Booking & preparation — an advice call within 1–2 weeks and a digital profile of your dog
- Initial consultation — a 1.5–2 hour assessment with a written plan within 5–6 days
- Continuation training — follow-up sessions to embed the plan
